Mechanical Designer
Position consists of production of construction documents for residential and commercial building construction. Designer will be responsible for performing heating/cooling load calculations, selection of equipment, layout of equipment, distribution of air and water systems, and coordination with other trades. Candidate should have knowledge of air handling systems, refrigeration systems, sanitary drainage and venting systems, boiler heating systems, domestic water systems, heat pumps and controls. Position requires the ability to produce construction drawings and working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit experience is a plus.
Electrical Designer
Position consists of production of construction documents for residential and commercial building construction. Designer will be responsible for performing power service load calculations, voltage drop calculations, selection of equipment, layout of equipment, distribution, and coordination with other trades. Candidate should have knowledge of fire alarm systems, lighting layout and control, data and IT design and generators. Position requires the ability to produce construction drawings and working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit experience is a plus.
